Whats next?
First of all, CONGRATS! Second, I want to thank you for choosing me as your wedding photographer. It is truly and honor! On this page you will find all the information on what the next steps are along with some common questions that may come up. If you have questions at any point in this process, please reach out. Wedding planning can be stressful, I would like to make your photography experience go smoothly.
INITIAL PHONE CONSULTATION
Once we have confirmed your wedding date is available we will schedule a phone consultation or we can meet up somewhere. This will be a quick chat to get some of the basics answered. We will go over the location of the wedding, how many hours of coverage you would like to schedule, my rate, and I will answer any questions you may have. During this call we can discuss if you need help with creating the timeline for the wedding day.
CONTRACT & DEPOSIT
After our phone chat I will email a contract for you to fill out and e-sign. I require a 25% deposit to lock in your wedding date. An invoice will be sent to your email. Once your payment is received, I will get you on the schedule. The remaining balance is due in 4 weeks before your wedding.
Engagement session
Every wedding booked receives a complimentary engagement session. Once the wedding deposit and contract are received we will schedule your session. Engagement sessions are up to 1 hour shooting time. You will receive all of the images through an online gallery. We can use a location special to you and your fiancé or we can choose a spot together.
QUESTIONNAIRE
I will email you a questionnaire that will fill out online. It is fairly simple. This will give me more information about your wedding that will be helpful the day of.
final chat before the wedding
By this time you will have paid the remainder of your balance and submitted your questionnaire. We will have a final chat about two weeks before your wedding. This will give us a chance to tie any loose ends if there are any. We will run through what the day will look like for us. I can answer any questions you may have or help solve any problems that you may have.

After all of your hard work and preparation, its the big day! I will arrive a little early. Especially if I have not shot at that particular venue before. This gives me time to walk the grounds and get my creative vision going. I will be there with you the whole time to capture all of your special moments!
common questions
When/How will we receive our photos?
You will receive your photos through an online gallery within 6 weeks of your wedding. You will be able to download them from there.
How much do you retouch photos?
I will edit and process all images in accordance to my editing style. Limited retouching will be performed such as blemishes. I do not change/alter the shape or size of any people in post production. I believe everyone is beautiful and they should be captured for who they truly are.
What is your rate?
I start my weddings at $1,200 for 4 hours of coverage. Beyond 4 hours it is $350/hour. Each wedding is tailored to fit the needs of the couple.
Do we need to provide a meal for you?
If I am scheduled for 6 or more hours, yes. You can place me at any table that has an open chair or plan for me to eat elsewhere. Not many photos will be taken during the dinner time while guests are eating.
When do we take our formal portraits?
This will vary for each wedding. Typically we break away during the cocktail hour. For some weddings I will get photos of each party before the ceremony if time allows it. We will discuss what time will work best for your wedding.
